Daily Activity 1/8/18 (English)

Welcome August! Today, before we started our practice class, my friend Roni had to presentation about Lemon. After that, we proof our croissants in room temperature for one and a half hour. as we waiting for the croissants, we continue to made pie filling and my team got apple pie. The apple pie filling was tasty and the tartlet was crispy. Thank you very very much Chef Salam for today.

At the noon, we had a chance to met with Kak Yuni, she's work at Costa Cruise Ship. It was really a good opportunity because she shared her experiences on cruise ship, from the beginning of her career until the end of her contract with Costa Cruise Ship. I think have a job on cruise ship would be challenging in the future.
