Hey readers, welcome back again to my blog. Yesterday i was late to came in kitchen lab because i was slept in my car. i got TK for one hour on my absenteeism, it's okay because i still have another 17 hours before i get SP1. maybe for almost one hour we heard Mr. Faisal's speech then we continue our activity as before. Unfortunately, i was told to accompany kak Sri to go to TSM for waiting Mr. Taufik's friend who already bought some ingredients for us. we had waited for one hour more then we went back again to kitchen lab.
After i took the ingredients into walkin chiller, i continued to help Ayub and Ardy who mixed the beef and the dressing that they prepared one day before. it was really really taste good. After we finished Thai Beef Salad, we made Chinese spinach with peanut salad. Like i told you before we changed the spinach with kale(kangkung). so Novi and i blanched the kale then we mix the kale with a dressing that already prepared by Ardy and for the last, we gave some peanuts as the garnish. For your information, it was really taste weird but still available to eat.
almost 13:00PM we took our foods to the restaurant, after that we waited for 3 hours to cleaned up our lovely kitchen lab. Yesterday was really fun even we still have lots of mistakes but i hope our class can do more better for the next practice week. i think that's all what i have to share with you readers, wait for my another posts and see you.
