Daily Activity 21/2/18

Hey wassup readers! back again with me, today is Continental Buffet and my team got the main course menu, so this morning i went to kitchen lab before 07:30, the first thing that i did was made steam rice and then around 08:00 a'clock our supervisors told us to one line. After one line, Randy and i fried the chicken lemon grass on chinese wok like Mr. Faisal said so. While frying the chicken, i grill the Chicken Teriyaki on griller. This time Randy and i made a good team work!

Around 10:00 a'clock, i served the rice, gai tod takrai, chicken teriyaki on chaving dish. After waited for restaurant closed, i continued the preparation for tomorrow. My team get dessert menu and i was the one who responsibility for Pisang Ijo, it's my second time to do dessert menu but i got helped by Ayu, Yuli and Aldy and Ardi.

Ayu told me how to make pisang ijo's dought, it was really simple. i only need coconut oil and water, the comparison is 1:1, then add salt to taste, pandan leaf, food color(green), cook them till warm and then put soft flour. i finished my preparation at 16:00 and we did the general cleaning.
