Yesterday was my day, because i did nothing and my team's products (Cucur Bayao and Pisang Ijo) already done at wednesday hahaha. So i only told Novi to make pisang ijo's sauce. Because i have nothing to share, so i will give you a recipe of Pisang Ijo that i made yesterday
How to make Pisang Ijo
Ingredients:
8 pcs Finger bananas/large bananas with skin
Dough:
200gr Soft Flour
300ml Coconut Milk
25gr Margarine
20gr Sugar
1 Pandan Leaf
1/2tsp Green food coloring
Salt to taste
Coconut sauce:
250ml Coconut Milk
15gr Rice Flour
20gr Sugar
1 Pandan leaf
Salt to taste
How to Make:
-Steam the bananas for 30 minutes then cool to room temperature, peeled.
For Dough:
-Mix coconut milk, water, salt, sugar, margarin, pandan leaf then add food coloring, cook until warm.
-add soft flour and stir until the dough smooth, and elastic
-take a little dough skin, flatten, give bananas on top then wrap the banana with skin dough.
-steam for 10-15minutes
For Sauce:
-Mix coconut milk, sugar, salt, pandan leaf and smiier until boiled and sauce sticky.
Note:
You can add Coconut pandan syrup, ice, and sweetened condensed milk to make your pisang ijo taste better.
